  • We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

  • Handmade Items

 

  • All scrunchies purchased from cattliya.com are not identical. These are handmade items. This means not every scrunchie will be made from the same material but is created in the same colour to the best of our abilities.

 

  • Risk of Loss

 

  • All items purchased from cattliya.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

  • Returns, Refunds and Title

 

  • " STRICTLY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ACCEPTED FOR NON-SATISFIED ITEMS/OR COLOUR DIFFERENCE DUE TO SCREEN RESOLUTION!!!

  • cattliya.com does not take returns for the products purchased from our website. Any manufacturing defect of products can be exchanged or refunded, after validating the defect. If any damage found in the products purchased from us, Intimate within 24Hr's by writing a mail to us with the pictures of the defective product. Exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defect. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (including shipping the product back and shipping out the new product). © cattliya.
