Return,Cancellation & Refund
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at cattliya.help@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
SCRUNCHIE EXCHANGES: We do not currently conduct exchanges for online scrunchie orders.
Jewellery Damage - Returns:
We have a 3 Day Return policy, (if the item purchased is having any manufacturing defect) which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return for damaged items.

Return Registration Process:

Step 1. please contact us at cattliya.help@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
Step 2. Our team will validate & guide you for the return process.
Step 3. Once the item is delivered to us. It will be checked thoroughly. If the item is approved for refund, amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 – 7 working days. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return/exchange
Cancellation Policy:
Considering operational challenges, we do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
Once we have shipped your order for a destination (Outside India), it is not possible to exchange/cancel/return the parcel. So would request you to double check before you give us a go ahead. If you still want to return the parcel, you'll have to bear the return shipping charges. As soon as we receive the parcel in our warehouse, after inspection, we'll issue a full refund of your order value after deducting the shipping charge.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds once the order is processed, and the product is delivered. Still, we realize that exceptional situations can happen in regard to the character of the product we supply. Below are the situations we can provide you with a refund: A. Non-delivery of the product: If the order is pre-paid and if for some unforeseeable reason, we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the amount.
