DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.
Cattliya are not held responsible for:
• Mistakes made by shipping providers
• Wrong addresses given by customers
• Damage to orders by shipping service
• PO box issues
• Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the “safe drop” option)

• In case of parcel being returned due to non-availability / non reachability of the customer, we charge the usual shipping charges for re-shipping the parcel, applicable to all cases.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
During check out at our website live shipping rates are visible and you can select as per your choice. Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using Envia shipping provider (Domestic) & by SHIPROCKET (International). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available.
DAMAGES
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for an exchange / refund, please contact us at cattliya.help@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at cattliya.help@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
ACCESSORY EXCHANGES
We accept damaged accessories exchanges within 3 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defect. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (including shipping the product back and shipping out the new product). © cattliya.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Currently we shipping to US, CANADA, IRELAND & UAE only. More regions will be channelized soon.
Shipping Terms – Within India:
1. Delivery Period Guidelines– (Date to be calculated from the next day to the date of shipping)
Standard delivery (Metros): 2 to 5 working days
Any other remote locations: 5 – 7 working days
2. In case of any unexpected courier delays by the courier company, Cattliya shall not be responsible for the same. However, we will follow up to make sure the parcel reaches you.
3. Customers are requested to track the parcel until it reaches.
4. We expect the customers to make sure that there is someone at the receiving address to collect the parcel.
5. Customers who book orders to non-residential address (office, hotels etc…) are responsible for the coordination with the respective courier collection point (office, hotels etc…) or the courier agency.
6. Customers are requested to fill the complete delivery address along with pin code and proper selection of the STATE the delivery address belongs to.
7. In case of parcel being returned due to non-availability / non reachability of the customer, We, charge the usual shipping charges for re-shipping the parcel, applicable to all cases
8. For any other delivery related issues, customers shall reach us at cattliya.help@gmail.com along with the full delivery address and order id, stating the issue faced
Shipping Terms – International Customers:
1. All Paid Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days
2. US, Ireland & UAE, delivered within 8 – 15 days. Canada, delivered within 8 – 20 days. Cattliya should not be held responsible for any delivery delay due to holiday/other circumstances during the transit.
3. The date of delivery is only Tentative and subject to vary due to various external factors
4. We collect only the shipping charges. Any clearance, duty or taxes levied is to be borne by the customer.
5. Any interior location additional delivery charge levied by the courier company is to be borne by the customer.
6. Any follow up with respect to the parcel has to be done by the customer
7. In case of transit damage – we ensure the packages are safely packed, in rare scenarios, we offer refund for the damaged product and shipping charges will not be refunded.
8. We need a weight of 150gms – 180gms for packing (for 500gms) and 260gms – 300gms for packing (1kg) the items safely.
